It takes a room or a whole floor from framing to the last piece of trim. The order changes with the job, but it usually runs like this: 1. **Take out the old.** Old flooring, trim, cabinets and counters are removed and disposed of. 2. **Build the walls.** A new room is framed, and a new wall gets [drywall on both sides, taped and mudded](https://www.rebornrenos.com/homes/walls-and-drywall/). Drywall an electrician has cut open is patched after the electrician. 3. **Paint.** [Walls, ceilings, doors and trim](https://www.rebornrenos.com/homes/painting/) get two coats. 4. **Lay the floor.** The new [floor](https://www.rebornrenos.com/homes/flooring/) goes in, with shoe moulding wherever it does. 5. **Install the kitchen.** New [kitchen cabinets](https://www.rebornrenos.com/homes/kitchen-cabinets/) go in level and true. No. Full interior construction is the biggest job Reborn Renos takes, but no job is too small. Every job is priced with you before work starts: small jobs at a set price, bigger jobs with a written quote. The quote is written line by line, each line with its own price, and HST (13%) is added at the end.
