What does Reborn Renos do?

Everything inside a property, from one repair to a full interior. For rental and commercial owners that means turnovers between tenants, income property maintenance on call or at set prices, apartment and commercial renovations, and the common areas and balconies of apartment buildings. For homeowners it means interior renovations: framing and separation walls, drywall, mud and tape, paint, vinyl click flooring, kitchen cabinets and countertops, doors, trim and millwork. Michal is also a plumber, so the plumbing that comes with the work, a new toilet, vanity, sink or faucet, or a leaking pipe, is part of the same job.

The tagline puts the goal plainly: renewing spaces, rebuilding value, so an owner gets the most out of a rental or commercial space.

Who is it for?

Landlords and property managers, apartment buildings, small businesses, commercial real estate investors, and homeowners. If there is work out there, Reborn Renos will take it: no job is too small.

Is Reborn Renos new?

Yes. The company is new, but Michal, who runs it, is not: he had seven years in the trade before starting it. The photos on this site show the kind of work Reborn Renos does, not finished Reborn Renos jobs. Those will be added as the work is photographed.
