Is my job too small, and how is it priced?
No job is too small. Every job is priced with you before work starts: small jobs at a set price, bigger jobs with a written quote. The quote is written line by line, each line with its own price, and HST (13%) is added at the end. The common questions say the same and show what a quote looks like.
Are you insured, and is the work guaranteed?
Yes to both. Reborn Renos is insured and covered by WSIB. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, as written in your contract. Reborn Renos is a new business, run by an owner with seven years in the trade. The common questions and the about page say more.
Do you work on rentals and businesses too?
Yes. Landlords, property managers and small businesses get the same work, plus turnovers between tenants and on-call maintenance. See rental and commercial properties, including property turnovers, income property maintenance and apartment and commercial renovations.
Where do you work, and how do I book?
