What kinds of properties do you work on?
Apartment buildings and rental units, small businesses and commercial real estate investments. The work is for landlords, property managers and business owners. If you own the home you live in, the homes pages cover the same trades.
How small or big can a job be, and what does it cost?
There is no minimum job size. The smallest jobs are on-call: a lock, a smoke alarm, a window screen (see income property maintenance). The work on a unit between tenants is a turnover. The biggest job is full interior construction, up to a whole building unit by unit, with its common areas and balconies.
Regular maintenance is at set prices agreed with you. A bigger job gets its own written quote before work starts: every part of the job listed unit by unit, each line with its own price, then HST at 13% and the total. Small jobs have set prices too, told to you before the work starts: see the common questions.
Can you work in buildings where tenants live?
Yes. Repairs and painting in occupied units are part of the work: for example, patching and painting the walls after an electrician changes the baseboard heaters. The maintenance page quotes the Ontario rules on notice and new keys, and the common questions page has Michal's answer.
Are you insured, and is the work guaranteed?
Yes to both. Reborn Renos is insured and covered by WSIB, and your satisfaction is guaranteed, as written in your contract. It is a new business, run by an owner with seven years in the trade. The common questions page has Michal's answers on insurance and the guarantee.
Where do you work, and how do I book?

Call (905) 920-1418, Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm, or email michal.gagatrs@gmail.com. The request page lists what to send: what needs doing, where it is, and photos.
