How are small jobs priced?
Each kind of small job, such as a lock change, a smoke alarm or a window screen, has a set price, and you hear it before the work starts. There is no minimum job size: if there is work out there, Reborn Renos will take it. See income property maintenance.
How does regular maintenance work?
For income properties that need regular upkeep, Reborn Renos agrees set prices with you for the work, so recurring jobs are priced before they come up. Calls when something breaks are welcome in between.
What does a quote look like?
A written list. Every part of the job is a line of its own: what is done, where, and its price. A building is quoted unit by unit, with its common areas and balconies on lines of their own. HST is added at 13% at the end, then the total, so you can see exactly what each part costs.
A quote is an estimate of the price. The Government of Ontario tells businesses that when a contract includes an estimate, the law says you can’t charge more than 10 per cent above that estimate, unless the customer agrees to the additional charges
(Government of Ontario, read 1 November 2026).
How can I pay?
By cash, cheque, Interac e-Transfer, debit or credit card.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, as written in your contract. The contract is the place to read exactly what it covers.
Who do I ask about a quote or a charge?
Call (905) 920-1418, Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm, or email michal.gagatrs@gmail.com.
What about this website?
There are no prices on this website, and nothing here is a quote for your job: each job is priced on its own. The request page lists what to send to get one.
