How do I ask Reborn Renos for a quote?
Email Reborn Renos the property address, what needs doing, how soon, and a few photos, or call (905) 920-1418, Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm. No job is too small. Bigger jobs get a written quote that lists every part of the work on its own line, unit by unit, each with its own price, then HST at 13%.
How do I send it?

What should I put in the email?
- The property address, and the unit numbers if there is more than one.
- What needs doing, as a list. For a building, a short list per unit and one for the shared spaces: the quote comes back the same way.
- How soon you need it, and when the unit will be empty.
- Whether tenants live there, and how to get in.
- Photos: the problem up close and the whole room around it. For a turnover, one photo of each room.
- Your name and the best number to reach you.
What comes back?
For a small job or a service call, its set price and a time to do it. For a turnover, a renovation or a building, a written quote: every part of the work on its own line with its own price, then HST and the total, so you can see exactly what each part costs. Regular maintenance runs at set prices agreed with you. The pricing and quotes page has the details, and your satisfaction is guaranteed, as written in your contract.
What do you do with my details?
They are used only to answer you and do the job. The privacy page says what is kept and how to ask for it back.
